AXITHERM equipments and measures
Axitherm develops, manufactures and distributes a complete
range of
measuring instruments and mechanical mounts to offer you fully
adapted equipment with validated performances.
AXImini
is the smallest stand-alone logger of the market :
protection IP68 - volume of 2.3cc - weight of 4,5g.
It will be usefull either in autoclaves, pasteurizers, micro-wave ovens
or
in deep-freezers ; you will be able to put it into your equipments or
in the heart of your products.
AXPeriment software : for all your analysis
On only one screen,
this software offers all the information you need for your
analysis :
- file name,
- graphical figures,
- numeric data,
- calculated data.
It is very easy to read the recording made for your loggers of
different trademarks. It is possible to superimpose
your different
data, to analyse by comparison, to calculate from a curve (F0, ....) or
from several curves (differential, statistics).
As easily, it is possible to write your reports, automatically
or manually, or
inserting your comments, pictures, boards, statistics, etc.
This
deflection sensor, especially conceived for great
robustness, enables you to make your quality control
adjustments for delicate
packaging in
retort treatments.
Its 40mm measurement range is a real feat considering its size
!
Here
is our central collator (also available
with 4 inputs). It is
used as a communication interface between the computuer,
AXPeriment software and AXIfil loggers. You can have up to 8
measures of deflection, pressure and/or temperature displayed
simultaneously, in real time, on your computer
screen.
This
pocket pressure gauge controls both pressure
and vacuum. It is ideal
for measuring residual vacuum in both rigid and flexible packaging and
to gauge the pressure in your retorts. You can select
your unit, to set the zero on atmospheric pressure, ... Measurements
range from -1 to +3 bar.
Extremely useful for both Quality Control and Research and Development.
One
of the first Axitherm's conception was this universal mount. As the
name suggests, it has multiple uses. Everything is
modular : you place the arm and the retaining clips where you need on
the base. You can add another base if necessary for big size
packagings, or another base on the opposite side to use in a rotative
retort. This universal mount can adapt for any kind of packaging shape
and for any kind of sensors or loggers, of any trademarks. On the

: with a deflection sensor on a steel can.
Here we can see various kinds of
self-positioning mounts, adapted to suit various packaging
materials :
- metal cans,
- jars, bottles,
- plastic bags,
- plastic bowls.
Each shape can find its mount, with users requirements always at the
forefront of Axitherm's design, ours mounts will suit most
loggers.
This 3-tab-mount will enable you to fix your deflection sensor on all
rigid
parts (on the packaging itself or on a self-bearing divider). So you
can position the
sensor on the packaging within a limited space, on the surface or in
the
middle of a sterilised load.
ONEFIX® is a
watertight screw-on
created and patented by AXITHERM to make the setting up of
go-accross-sensors easier (wired sensors, radio transmission sensors
and loggers mounted outside).
ONEFIX® exists in only one model. It suits all materials (except
glass) and to all packaging shapes. So you can make numerous trials at
the same time without the risk of missing the "correct model of mount".
ONEFIX® is compatible with all pressure and temperature sensors from
the AXIfil
range, it can also be utilised with other manufacturers equipment
although an adapter may be required.
